Day 01: South Bali - Bedugul - Munduk - Lovina (L)
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in south Bali such as Nusa Dua; Jimbaran, Sanur, Kuta, or Seminyak, and then depart by private air-conditioned coach to explore the unspoiled countryside and village of the back roads. Traveling through tick tropical forest beneath Mount Batukaru you’ll reach the Luhur Temple and the beautiful rice terraces at Jatiluwih. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant in Baturiti. Continue to Candi Kuning fruit and flower market with its exotic wild orchids, roses and even strawberries. Next stop is Bedugul - an attractive mountain resort located 850 m above sea level. Serene Lake Beratan fills the ancient crater of Mount Batukaru. Its pretty temple, Ulun Danu on the water’s edge, is dedicated to Dewi Danu the goddess of the waters. Continue your trip by following the road with a scenic side trip through the charming little village of Munduk, home of Bali’s coffee plantations. Enjoy a coffee break with beautiful sceneries in Munduk. Then drive to Brahmavihara Arama Bali’s only Buddhist monastery is vaguely Buddhist-looking, with colorful decoration, a bright orange roof and statues of Buddha, but it has very Balinese decorative carvings and door guardians. There is also a holy hot spring originated from volcanic activities. Proceed to Lovina for check-in hotel & accommodation as per option
Day 02: Lovina - Dolphin Tour - Kintamani - Candidasa (B, L)
Early in the morning, you will start by boat for the Dolphin trips. There is no evidence that the dolphins are harmed by the attention, but there is some suggestion that boats have to travel further and further to see fewer dolphins. Afterwards back to the hotel for a hot shower and breakfast. After breakfast, depart by minivan for sightseeing transfer to Candi Dasa. En route visit to Sangsit village, a few kilometers east of Singaraja where you can see the Beji Temple is a subak temple, dedicated to the goddess Dewi Sri, who looks after irrigated rice fields; Kintamani, enjoy your lunch with spectacular views of Mount Batur, with ribbons of black lava running down from its peak into the valley below and also the crater lake. Continue to Besakih Temple, also known as the “Mother Temple of Bali” on the slopes of the holy Mount Agung and Putung. Proceed to your hotel in Candi Dasa area.
Day 03: Candidasa - Tenganan Village - Ubud (B, L)
After breakfast depart by minivan for sightseeing transfer to Ubud. On the way visit at Tenganan Village which is occupied by Bali Aga people, descendants of the original Balinese who inhabited Bali prior to the Majapahit arrival. The village is surrounded by a wall and consists basically of two rows of identical houses stretching up the gentle slope of the hill. Continue visit to Goa Lawah, is the Bat Cave Temple in the cliff face is jam-packed full of bats that fly out after dusk. Then visit to Kertha Gosa, the “Hall of Justice” was effectively the supreme court of the Klungkung kingdom. Afterwards see the gamelan home made industry in Tihingan village. Lunch will be provided at Puri Boga Restaurant. Then proceed to Bangli and visit to Kehen Temple, is the state temple of the Bangli kingdom. The temple is terraced up the hillside, with a great flight of steps leading to the beautifully decorated entrance. Afterwards proceed to check in at hotel in Ubud.
Day 04: Ubud - Tanah Lot - South Bali (B, L)
After breakfast, depart by minivan for sight seeing transfer to Sanur. On the way visit the 17th century holy-spring Gunung Kawi temple at Sebatu; Mas, known for its fine woodcarvers; Celuk, the center of gold and silver works. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Afterward proceed to Taman Ayun, the former Royal temple of Mengwi, the second largest complex on the island surrounded by a moat. Last stop will be made at Tanah Lot temple, built on a rock overlooking the scenic west coast of Bali and the Indian Ocean. Afterwards you will be drop off at your hotel in south Bali area such as Nusa Dua; Jimbaran; Sanur; Kuta; Seminyak; and Canggu or direct transfer to the airport for your flight onward.
